I work with couples at all stages of their relationship. Whether you’re experiencing recurring conflict, feeling disconnected, navigating a significant life transition, or simply looking to strengthen your relationship, couples counselling provides a supportive space to better understand one another and improve the way you relate.

Together, we’ll identify the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, explore the underlying dynamics contributing to those patterns, and develop new ways of communicating, rebuilding trust, and strengthening your connection.

If you’ve been injured in a motor vehicle accident, counselling can help you navigate the emotional and psychological impact of your experience. Sessions may address anxiety, stress, trauma responses, changes in mood, chronic pain, sleep difficulties, or adjusting to life after your accident.

Direct billing to ICBC is available for clients with an active ICBC claim. ICBC pre-approves up to 12 counselling sessions within the first 12 weeks following your accident. Please have your ICBC claim number and BC Personal Health Number available when booking.
